When an edit does not consume a Credit

One Credit is consumed only after successful delivery. Safety blocks, provider rejections, technical failures, timeouts and failures to produce a usable deliverable do not consume a Credit when the job ends without successful delivery. Any reserved Credit is released through the normal failed-job settlement process.

A lost browser connection alone does not prove that the job failed: it may have completed on the server. Check the result and balance before starting a different request. If a job or reservation appears stuck, request support review.

Charging errors

Duplicate or incorrect system charges are errors to be investigated and corrected. Retry protection is designed to prevent duplicate charging; it is not a promise that every accounting issue is automatically detected. If the displayed balance seems wrong, provide the order or job reference for review. Credit restoration and a cash payment refund are different actions.

After successful delivery

A successful delivered edit normally consumes one Credit. Entering the wrong replacement text or disliking a delivered result does not automatically restore a Credit or trigger a refund. If the result is unusable or there is a service problem, you can request a review. We may offer a discretionary resolution based on the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.

Payment refund requests

Requests concerning a purchase, missing Credits or an incorrect payment are reviewed against payment and usage records. Refunds are not granted merely by visiting a success page. Any approved payment refund follows the payment provider’s process; no automatic cash-refund workflow is promised here. This policy does not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law.
